Do I need an appointment to try on gowns?

What should I bring with me?
• Please bring whatever undergarments you're comfortable wearing.
• This could include shapewear and a strapless bra.
• Although a bra is not required, please known as associate will be with you in the dressing room.

What is the price range for your gowns?
• Our gowns range in price from $1,300 to $3,000.

Do you offer a payment plan?
• While a full, non-refundable payment is encouraged, we can split up the payment.
• Payment of 65% of the purchase price is required to order your gown.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days later.
• Customers who pay in full get a $50 accessory credit.

How many people should I bring to my fitting?
• Please bring no more than 4 or 5 people with you.
• We ask that children younger than 12 not attend appointments.
• We want this day to be about you!

Do you have inhouse alterations?
• We do not offer any alterations inhouse.
• We have a wonderful seamstress locally who we refer to.
• Out of town customers commonly have their dresses altered where they live.

Do you have gowns available on the rack or do I have to order?
• We have a carefully chosen selection for those who choose to buy from the rack.
• If you prefer to order one, we will be happy to help you do so as well.
